Official Rules
These Official Rules govern the How To Be Fit Over 40 “Holiday Giveaway.” By entering, you agree to these Rules.
1) Sponsor
Sponsor: How To Be Fit Over 40, Lancaser, SC USA.

2) Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and household members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
3) Entry Period
Entries open on 09/22/2025 and close at 5:45 PM Eastern Time on Friday, November 28, 2025. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
4) How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

Primary Entry: Submit your email address via the entry form at howtobefitover40.com/giveaway during the Entry Period and confirm your email via the confirmation message sent to you. Only confirmed emails are eligible.

Bonus Entry (optional): Share the giveaway publicly on Facebook or Instagram and paste the public share link in the form’s “Bonus link” field (or as instructed on the page) during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) bonus entry per person.

Limits: One (1) primary entry per person. Maximum of two (2) total entries per person (one primary + one bonus). Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5) Prizes

Grand Prize (1): Store gift cards totaling $300 — $150 to the winner and $150 to gift (may be split to up to three (2) friends at $75 each).

Total ARV: $300. Gift cards are redeemable only at howtobefitover40.com, have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be subject to additional standard terms provided with the card code(s).
6) Winner Selection & Odds
Eligible entries will be combined and one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected via random drawing conducted by Sponsor during the live stream at 6:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday, November 28, 2025. This person will decide what (2) friends/family members they want to share the second half with. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7) Notification & Verification
- Potential winners will be announced during the live stream and notified via email from support@howtobefitover40.com within twenty-four (24) hours.
- Potential winners must respond and complete any requested verification within 48 hours of Sponsor’s email, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
- Sponsor may require reasonable proof of identity/eligibility and compliance with these Rules.
8) Restrictions & Conduct
- Limit one (1) winner per person/household.
- No prize substitution or cash redemption, except by Sponsor if a prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.
- Attempts to circumvent entry limits (e.g., multiple accounts for the same person), automated entries, or tampering with the promotion will result in disqualification.
9) Taxes
Winners are responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with prize receipt and use.
10) Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s first name/initial and city (e.g., “Tanya B., Lancaster, SC”) for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration.
11) Privacy
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the giveaway and for brand updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.
12) Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation or prize receipt/use, except where prohibited by law.
13) Platform & Third-Party Disclaimers
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. Any locations, signs, or landmarks shown (e.g., University of South Carolina Lancaster; Lancaster County; City of Rock Hill; City of Chester) are for context only and do not indicate sponsorship or endorsement. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
14) Disputes; Governing Law
Each entrant agrees that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate courts located in Lancaster, SC. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
15) General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
