We want you to be happy with your purchase, but due to the nature of our products, all sales are final except in cases of defective or damaged items.
Digital Products (Ebooks, Downloads)
All digital product sales are non-refundable. Once a file has been purchased and delivered, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
Custom & Made-to-Order Apparel
Our apparel and merchandise are custom printed on demand just for you.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@howtobefitover.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.
Heavy Equipment (Home Gyms, Benches, Racks)
Due to the size and weight of home gym equipment:
All sales are final.
We only replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or missing parts.
Customers must report issues with photos/videos within 7 days of delivery.
Replacements will be issued whenever possible; refunds are only considered if a replacement is unavailable.
Smart Devices & Wearables (Fitbits, Watches, etc.)
Smart fitness devices are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Our store only replaces items that arrive defective or damaged on delivery.
Ongoing issues such as syncing errors, battery performance, or wear and tear should be handled directly with the brand’s warranty support.
Please notify us within 7 days if your device arrives defective with photos/videos of the issue.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags and in original packaging.
